App license

Reptera is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These product and subscription explanations supplement that agreement and do not replace your statutory consumer rights.

Fitness and safe use

Reptera is a fitness game, not medical advice or a medical device. Activity statistics and projections are estimates, not guarantees of health or fitness outcomes. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program if appropriate for your circumstances. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort. Keep your space clear, place your iPhone securely, and choose exercises appropriate for your ability. Children should be supervised.

Tracking and availability

Camera tracking depends on lighting, device placement, visibility and the exercise. Not every movement supports automatic form validation. Exercises identify camera, hybrid or timer modes. Features, access, regional availability and offers may change with app releases; the in-app purchase screen identifies the content and price offered to you.

Reptera Pro subscriptions

Pro offers monthly or yearly subscriptions. Reference US prices are $8.99 per month and $88 per year. The localized price shown by Apple before purchase applies. The annual plan may offer a 7-day introductory free trial to eligible users; eligibility and availability are shown before confirmation. A trial converts to a paid recurring subscription unless cancelled in time.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or after an applicable free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription, where applicable.

Manage, restore or cancel

Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Reptera. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to applicable rights and Apple’s review.
