Privacy policy

This policy explains how Reptera handles information in its iPhone app and on this website.

Camera and body tracking

The app uses the front camera, with your permission, to estimate body poses and check supported exercises on your iPhone. Reptera does not save photos or video from workouts or upload camera footage. Live frames are used for movement processing.

Optional voice control

Voice commands use the microphone and Apple Speech Recognition with your permission. Recognition runs on-device when supported and available. If local recognition is unavailable or repeatedly fails, the app may use Apple’s speech servers, which means audio is sent to Apple for recognition. Apple’s processing is subject to Apple’s privacy policy. Reptera does not maintain a server-side library of your recordings. You can revoke microphone and speech recognition permissions in iPhone Settings and use touch controls instead.

Progress and preferences

Your avatar choice, language, workout results, reps, active time, XP, coins, upgrades and streaks are stored locally on your device. Local reminders use notification permission and your chosen time. The app does not require a Reptera account and does not include advertising or third-party advertising trackers. Device backups, if enabled by you, are managed by Apple.

Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to provide purchased access. Reptera does not receive your payment card details. Apple handles its own account and transaction records under its policies.

Support communications

If you contact support, the recipient receives the contact details and information you choose to include. Send only what is needed to explain the issue; do not send workout camera recordings or sensitive health information. Support messages are used to address your request and retained only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. You may request their deletion using the same contact channel.

Website

This website does not add analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details and access time, to deliver and secure the site. External links, including Apple pages, have their own policies.

Your choices and deletion

You can change camera, microphone, speech recognition and notification permissions in iPhone Settings. Deleting the app (rather than offloading it) removes its local app data from the device. Manage any existing device backups separately through Apple settings. There is no Reptera account to delete. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Children and changes to this policy

Reptera does not request a date of birth or create personal user profiles on its own servers. A parent or guardian should supervise children’s exercise, permissions and purchases. If you believe personal information was sent to support by a child, contact us to request deletion. Material changes to information handling will be reflected in this policy and its update date.
