The camera can’t see me

1. Allow camera access in iPhone Settings → Apps → Reptera → Camera. On iOS 17, select the app directly in Settings.
2. Place your iPhone upright on a stable surface, step back about two meters, and keep your whole body visible.
3. Use even lighting and avoid a bright window behind you.
4. Check the tracking indicator and follow the form cue. Some exercises use hybrid or timer tracking.

Voice commands aren’t responding

Allow microphone and speech recognition permissions in iPhone Settings. Use commands in the language selected in the app: Start, Next, Pause, Resume, Again — or ابدأ، التالي، وقف، كمّل، تاني. Reduce background noise. Some devices or languages may require an internet connection for Apple’s speech recognition. Touch controls remain available.

Restore Pro

Sign in to the Apple Account used to buy Pro, open the app’s purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm that the subscription is active in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If it is active but access is missing, restart the app and restore again.

Cancel or request a refund

Manage Apple subscriptions. Deleting Reptera does not cancel Pro. For refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem.

Remove local data or permissions

Delete the app through iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage to remove local app data. Offloading keeps documents and data. Manage backups separately in your Apple settings. Camera, microphone, speech recognition and notification access can be revoked in Settings. See the privacy policy.
